Our range

Little eco-warriors can make their own positive impact on the environment by wearing Kidunk gear as they play. The bottles from their juice, squash and ketchup get taken to a recycling facility where they are cleaned and shredded into plastic pellets. These plastic pellets are spun into a yarn, which is then woven into the durable, comfortable fabric that Kidunk’s eco gear is made from. The materials used are eco certified, which means that as well as being good for kids they are good for the planet too. 

The smart eco fabric is 100% breathable, and coated with Teflon EcoElite™ - a plant based water repellent. Still loaded with all the Kidunk superpowers our fab new range is available in your favourite Kidunk colours Ink, Forest & Plum.

Trusted suppliers
Our core range is made by suppliers that we've been in business with for over 15 years (well before the birth of Kidunk) Our supply partners are our extended Kidunk family and share our brand philosophy and attention to detail using the highest quality fabrics and making the very best finished product. They helped bring our idea to life and continue to help us innovate and drive our range forward. 

Our waterproof splash suit range is made locally here in Cumbria by a family owned outdoor clothing specialist. Mountain Method Limited share our passion and enthusiasm for getting kids outdoors in the best possible kit. 

Packaging

From March 2021, our new range will be shipped to us in corn starch recyclable protective packaging. It will be sent to our customers in bio degradable paper bags. 

Finding balance
Creating a sustainable business is about valuing people and our planet. We believe we’re heading in the right direction but we know we could always do better. We’ll update this page as our little story progresses.

Partnerships

With the launch of this new range we  also launching our  partnership with 1% For The Planet - this means that through direct giving we are taking responsibility for our  environmental legacy and making  our money matter by putting it to work in the hands of approved non-profit partners. This partnership will support our passion for protecting the  environment and gives us a way to make practical change.
